    About Me:

    I qualified as a massage therapist in 2004 after seeing the wide ranging effects that stress can have on people. On discovering a passion for massage, I went on to study reflexology, aromatherapy, pregnancy massage, thai massage, lymphatic drainage and more! After discovering the benefits of meditition, I have also qualified as a mind calm master practitioner .

    Working with clients who are in need not just physically but also emotionally has increased my passion to instil in each of us the values of true self-care & self-compassion and how to incorporate these into our daily lives. Learning meditation and conflict clearing techniques has played a huge role in helping to reduce my own stress and anxiety levels and have a calmer, happier and healthier life. Ultimately, this has led to me creating The Grounded Guide: a unique and tailored programme combining all my offerings to help you create your own lifelong self-care practice.

  • Massage treatments

    I offer a wide range of treatments from Swedish & Deep tissue Massage to Reflexology, Pregnancy massage and Aromatherapy. Treatments can be combined and will always be tailored to suit your needs.

    At the start of your appointment, we’ll briefly talk about how you’re feeling (both physically and emotionally), and I will tailor the treatment and oils to what you need that day. If you are unsure which treatment is right for you, you are welcome to contact me with any questions.

  • 1:1 coaching

    I offer 1:1 coaching to help you work through and ease inner conflict for both life events and physical conditions. These sessions aim to bring a deeper sense of peace, stillness and space into your life.

  • Workshops & Classes

    Unshame: 5 workshops to shift your relationship with shame is now live!

    Join myself and Niamh Maguire as we navigate shame, how and where it shows up and what we can do to ‘unshame’

  • The Grounded Guide

    A tailored programme of 8 sessions over 2-4 months. Unique to each individual, the Grounded Guide combines everything I offer to help you build your own lifelong self-care practice. We will work together to find out what resonates and how to make space for you in a busy world. Available in person or online.

  • Meditation classes

    Mind Calm & Body Calm are meditation techniques that teach you tools to find moments of calm, build resilience, and breathe a little more deeply. They aim to calm the mind and, as a result, bring harmony to your body, giving it the time it needs to properly heal.

    Please note, at the moment we won’t be running any new classes before April 2024
