    About Me:

    If you’ve found your way here, chances are something isn’t quite right and you’ve probably been carrying it for longer than you’d like.

    Maybe it’s anxiety that won’t quiet down. A pattern you keep repeating no matter how hard you try to break it. A sense of being disconnected from yourself, or simply exhausted by the effort of keeping it all together.

    You’re in the right place.

    I’m Nerys, and I work with people who are ready to stop managing their symptoms and start understanding them. Through somatic trauma therapy, meditation and coaching, I help you come back into relationship with your body because the body holds the answers. We just need to learn to listen.

    I’ve been working in the wellbeing space for over 20 years, and what I know for certain is that real change doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from slowing down enough to hear what’s actually going on beneath the surface.

    Whatever you’re navigating, I help create the space for something to shift. Gently, and at your pace.

  • Somatic Trauma Therapy

    Somatic Trauma Therapy is a body-centered approach to healing the effects of trauma. It helps individuals gently process traumatic experiences by increasing awareness of physical sensations, emotions, and nervous system responses. This therapy supports the release of stored tension and promotes resilience, grounding, and a greater sense of safety in the body.

  • 1:1 coaching

    I offer 1:1 coaching to help you work through and ease inner conflict for both life events and physical conditions. These sessions aim to bring a deeper sense of peace, stillness and space into your life.

  • Rooted Within: a journey into sustainable self-care

    You are not a machine to optimize.
    You are a living thing — built to feel, to need, to rest, to grow.

    This is your invitation to come home to yourself; to nourish the roots before chasing the bloom.

  • Meditation

    Mind Calm & Body Calm are meditation techniques that teach you tools to find moments of calm, build resilience, and breathe a little more deeply. They aim to calm the mind and, as a result, bring harmony to your body, giving it the time it needs to properly heal.

    You can book a 1:1 or join a group session.

  • Massage treatments

    I offer a wide range of treatments from Swedish & Deep tissue Massage to Reflexology, Pregnancy massage and Aromatherapy. Treatments can be combined and will always be tailored to suit your needs.

    At the start of your appointment, we’ll briefly talk about how you’re feeling (both physically and emotionally), and I will tailor the treatment and oils to what you need that day. If you are unsure which treatment is right for you, you are welcome to contact me with any questions.

  • Corporate Workshops
