Month One: Joy
Explore joy as a practice of presence rather than perfection. This session invites you to rediscover delight in small moments and reconnect with what lights you up from within.
Month Four: Acceptance
Acceptance isn’t giving up — it’s coming home to yourself. Learn to soften judgment, release resistance, and make peace with who and where you are.
Month Two: Worth
Reclaim your inherent worth beyond roles, achievements, and expectations. Together, we’ll explore what it means to know your value — simply because you exist.
Month Five: Connection
Discover how connection begins with self-awareness and expands outward. We’ll explore belonging, boundaries, and the courage to be seen — in community and in ourselves.
Month Three: Creativity
Creativity is a way of tending to yourself, not a talent to prove. This session invites you to explore self-expression through play, curiosity, and gentle experimentation.
Month Six: Rest
Rest is not meant to be a reward. It’s an act of care. This session invites you to slow down, listen to your body’s wisdom, and create space for restoration.
