    About Me:

    I qualified as a massage therapist in 2004 after seeing the wide ranging effects that stress can have on people. On discovering a passion for massage, I went on to study reflexology, aromatherapy, pregnancy massage, thai massage, lymphatic drainage and more! My focus is centred on, finding calm and releasing stress and trauma and to this end, I have trained as a mind calm & mind detox master practitioner and somatic trauma therapist .

    Working with clients who are in need not just physically but also emotionally has increased my passion to instil in each of us the values of true self-care & self-compassion and how to incorporate these into our daily lives. Learning meditation and conflict clearing techniques has played a huge role in helping to reduce my own stress and anxiety levels and have a calmer, happier and healthier life.

  • Somatic Trauma Therapy

    Somatic Trauma Therapy is a body-centered approach to healing the effects of trauma. It helps individuals gently process traumatic experiences by increasing awareness of physical sensations, emotions, and nervous system responses. This therapy supports the release of stored tension and promotes resilience, grounding, and a greater sense of safety in the body.

  • 1:1 coaching

    I offer 1:1 coaching to help you work through and ease inner conflict for both life events and physical conditions. These sessions aim to bring a deeper sense of peace, stillness and space into your life.

  • Meditation

    Mind Calm & Body Calm are meditation techniques that teach you tools to find moments of calm, build resilience, and breathe a little more deeply. They aim to calm the mind and, as a result, bring harmony to your body, giving it the time it needs to properly heal.

    You can book a 1:1 or join a group session.

  • Massage treatments

    I offer a wide range of treatments from Swedish & Deep tissue Massage to Reflexology, Pregnancy massage and Aromatherapy. Treatments can be combined and will always be tailored to suit your needs.

    At the start of your appointment, we’ll briefly talk about how you’re feeling (both physically and emotionally), and I will tailor the treatment and oils to what you need that day. If you are unsure which treatment is right for you, you are welcome to contact me with any questions.
