
Somatic Trauma Therapy
Somatic Trauma Therapy is a body-centred approach to healing the effects of trauma. It helps individuals gently process traumatic experiences by increasing awareness of physical sensations, emotions, and nervous system responses. This therapy supports the release of stored tension and promotes resilience, grounding, and a greater sense of safety in the body. Sessions are done at your pace and although it is helpful to know what you experienced, you do not have to go into detail or discuss anything you are not ready for. As a guide, I recommend coming once a week for 4 weeks initially. Sessions can be in person at my studio or online via zoom.

Meditation
We often think we are ‘doing meditation wrong’ because we can’t get rid of our thoughts; sometimes finding peace and quiet for a short while, but not having the experience we think should have. Once we learn to get go of those beliefs, everything starts to make more sense. Having thoughts when meditating isn’t doing it wrong but releasing things we don’t need to carry around. Learning to recognise and release a thought without falling into thinking creates calm and space within.
The Mind Calm and Body Calm meditations I teach give you harmony in your heart, mind, body and soul, which is the foundation of health and happiness. They are simple yet deeply effective ways to find stillness, space and silence in a busy world.
What is Mind Detox? Mind Detox is a talking therapy. The basis of it is that we look at an issue you may have and see if there is a mind based cause that we can resolve to help with it and let go of the emotion surrounding it. As a Mind Detox Coach, I use simple yet powerful techniques to help you find the root cause of life issues, behaviour patterns, emotional and physical issues with the aim of resolving them so you can let go of what you don’t need and stop repeating patterns.
In short, Mind Detox can help you change your perspective and let go of limiting beliefs.
What do coaching sessions involve?
There is no set pattern of how a session goes but we may use different techniques to help clear that issue, try a meditation, try some gentle techniques that you can use at home or a combination of all those things. All you need to do is come with an open mind and something you would like to work on, whatever that may be.

a free consultation for you to ask any questions and see if we are a good fit
5 x 75 minute sessions either in person or online, to be taken over the course of a year
techniques tailored to you to help resolve conflict and find calm
meditation and breathwork techniques (where appropriate) to help you find stillness
ongoing support in between sessions
£400 for the 5 session package (equivalent to £80 per session)
£95 for a one off session
